Nice, but wheels don’t turn.

It’s an excellent piece of artwork. I’m just disappointed that the tricycle wheels won’t turn. It’s going to be stationary. Other than that it’s perfect. I bought two of them.

Just got my Billy and what can I say, bobbletopia are amazing, he was dispatched really quickly
Billy is a stunning figure the detail is top class, he has a bit of weight to him so it's not something cheap so it's well worth every penny
He was well packaged so he came in perfect condition, I will be buying from bobbletopia again for sure and would highly recomend them for there service, customer service and quality items
