I am very dissatisfied with both this purchase and my experience with your company.
The item was listed as “gently used,” but upon receipt, I discovered that the hand is missing all of its fingers. This is a significant defect that was not disclosed in the listing description and materially affects the condition and value of the item.
Describing a damaged item as “gently used” is inaccurate and misleading. Had the damage been properly disclosed or clearly shown in listing photos, I would not have purchased the item.
I contacted your customer service team immediately via email to address this issue, but I have not yet received a response.
While I understand that your company has a no-return policy, I believe this situation warrants special consideration because the item received does not match the condition represented in the listing.
I have made several purchases from your website in the past and would like to continue being a loyal customer. However, I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly. I would appreciate a response and an appropriate resolution regarding this purchase.
